Angelo Po cooking equipment is the only type available on the market to have attained a CSQA hygienic design certification; thanks to its design and structural features, cleaning times and chemical use are reduced by 20%.
Maximum strength is obtained by selecting the highest-grade stainless steel and using components that are, on average, 20% thicker than other models on the market.
